IXL Math - this helpful website can allow you to access problems for every standard. However, you will be logged off after a certain period of time unless you subscribe or only access standards for short periods of time.

Typing- this website is used during computer class to practice typing on the keyboard in a fun and interactive way.
Challenge Websites
Here are some websites that have challenging activities for your child beyond what we are doing in the classroom.
These websites are challenging in math:
Cyber Sleuth - is a website that has math games that range in level from K-12. There are many different interactive games as well as worksheets that can be printed from the site.
Math Magician - is an interactive site to practice math facts. They can start off simple with addition and then move through subtraction and even multiplication if they are ready. This site will be helpful to practice timed tests like the ones we take in class.
Math Arcade - this site has over 25 different math games that will challenge the students in different ways. There is also a game on the site called Math Baseball that practices math facts.
These websites are great for enrichment in reading, writing, and grammar.
Mad Libs - this site has Mad Libs that the students can create to practice nouns, adjectives, verbs, etc.
Phonics and Word Study - this is a wonderful site with tons of games and activities to practice and reinforce sounds. It is leveled by grade so that your child can work on or above 1st depending on their ability.
Vocabulary Builder - this is an extremely advanced site for students whose vocabulary is advanced. There are new leveled vocabulary words to learn and then there are games to practice the words.
